All of your frequently asked questions about TONIC Supply Co will be shown here. We will try to answer all of your questions so check back regularly.

PRODUCTS

All of our orders are fulfilled when you place an order with us and then the products are made on demand via our direct-to-garment printing method. See our sustainability page for more details. 

We are based in the UK but depending on where you are located when you place the order we will try to fulfil it at one of our nearest locations. We currently have two locations in Europe, three locations in the US, one in Mexico and two in Australia.

It takes 2-7 days to fulfil an order depending on the type of item and location - then the item will be shipped out to you.

Shipping times may vary based on location of fulfillment and where the item will be shipped to. 

Delays may be possible due to Covid - 19.

On the rare occasion that an item ordered isn't available to be fulfilled at your nearest location it my be fulfilled at one of our backup locations. 

On very rare occasions, an item may become out of stock in all of our factories and may not be available to you. In those instances where you may have already placed an order and an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss your options.

STOCKISTS

Unfortunately you can only buy our products direct from our website currently, however if that changes in the future we will let you know.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of drop-shipping and in order to decrease our footprint on the planet, we can only currently offer returns or exchanges if there is a fault with a product or something is damaged during shipping.

Please refer to our sizing charts located on all our product pages to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

Currently we can only offer free shipping on orders over £100 that are placed from and shipping to: United Kingdom, United States, and the European Union

We hope to add more countries/regions to this offer as we grow.

All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as we don't ship to these destinations.

SUSTAINABILITY

All of our products are currently made on demand via direct-to-garment printing, at the factory closest to the purchase location. This approach is more environmentally friendly than most traditional bulk clothing manufacturing and warehousing processes.

We always try to choose eco friendly product and production options where possible, and are continually striving to decrease our environmental footprint where we can.
